Returns & Exchanges

At Best Buy Medical Supplies, we want you to feel confident in your style and fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain medical-grade compression garments and intimate apparel must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
